The St. Scholastica’s/St. Benedict’s team welcomes 18-30 year olds to join our vibrant young adults community. We are a group of diverse yet like minded and faith-filled individuals who support each other at every stage of their spiritual journey. Whether you're new to faith, stepping back in, or have been on the journey for a while, you belong here!
The Young Adults team runs a unique week by week series of events and programs for every Wednesday of the month. We are a welcoming group with a strong focus on building meaningful relationships and a sense of belonging in our community.
Every 1st Wednesday of the month we have Bible Studies at St. Scholastica's in the Gathering Area from 7pm. You do not need to have any prior experience in this space to participate or get involved. You may desire to bring your own Bible and a highlighter/pen with you.
The bible studies team provides booklets for all who attend. These booklets include our focus Gospel readings, additional materials and discussion questions that participants are able to take home with them. Our Bible studies team is led by the three J’s - Brother Johnrey, Joseph and Jacinta.

Every 2nd Wednesday of the month we hold a social event for our young adults community. We have a different social event every month. This is a fun way to meet some fellow young adults and enjoy an activity and a bite to eat. Some of our past socials have included a fire BBQ night, board games night, mini-golf, picnics and much much more! Please subscribe to our mailing list to receive regular updates for every month’s social gathering. We hope to see you soon!
Every 3rd Wednesday of the month we have a young adults adoration night at St. Scholastica’s Church from 7pm. This includes over an hour of worship music, prayer and moments of silence. There is also an opportunity after adoration to mingle with other young adults at a food venue or outside the church. All young adults are most welcome to come and stay for as long as they please.
